Pre-orders are final once placed, as we use these numbers to determine production quantities with our suppliers. Since our production timeline runs about 14 business days from concept to finished product, we typically start the process quickly after a drop closes. We know it's a commitment, but that's what allows us to bring you exclusive designs that aren't available anywhere else! ⚡

What if my package gets lost in shipping?

If tracking shows your package as lost or undelivered, reach out to us right away. While our sales are final, a lost package means you never received what you paid for. We'll work with the carrier to track it down or find a solution - you shouldn't be out both your money and your gear because of shipping issues. 📦

The item looks different than in the photos - can I return it?

We photograph all items to show accurate colors and details, but sometimes screens display colors differently. All sales remain final, but if there's a significant discrepancy between what's shown and what you received, email us with comparison photos. We want to make sure our product photos represent what you're actually getting!
